Corpora-Gov has Consulting Partners in the United States, Guatemala, West Bank/Gaza and in Bolivia. The Company aims to form local subsidiary companies with the local Consultant Partners to pursue projects as local companies. Partners are heavily involved in business development, design and implementation of each project.

UNITED STATES

William Blacutt. Based in South Carolina specializes in micro-financing having built successful lending practices for small business in urban and rural areas in Bolivia and Argentina. With an Engineering background he was also involved in the reform of government owned entities in the capitalization process in the mining and smelting sectors in Bolivia as well as practicing investment banking in the UK for mining prospects in Latin America.

Guatemala - CENTRAL AMERICA - CARIBBEAN

Joseph Daniel Mooney. Currently leads Corpora’s Subsidiary in Guatemala that covers Central America and the Caribbean. Former Chief of Party of USAID projects in Afghanistan, Jordan and Guatemala. Specialized in economic development helping increase exports, investments, capacity building, and jobs creation. As the head of the tourism sector in Guatemala, led successful multimillion dollar investment programs reaching milestone transformations.

Mariano Diaz. Specialist in international trade, strategic infrastructure, mining, petroleum, energy and international banking. As Deputy Minister of Transport , he led the development of infrastructure projects and presided the board of directors of the port company as well as the transport commission. As a private lawyer he developed a vast knowledge and networks across the Central American Region.

Hernan Sarmiento. As Agricultural Engineer worked in the field for multiple projects and agencies and developed strong knowledge of the interface of businesses and indigenous communities. Led projects in the field for the industry and export chambers, headed national export committees, coordinated the work of private companies in agricultural communities.

Milton Funes. Urban Planner and Engineer that led 5 projects as Chief of Party in Latin American, African and the Middle Eastern countries. Specialized in organizing the delivery of basic services and infrastructure in emergency and refugees contexts as well as reconstruction. Currently based in Honduras and committed to develop USAID programs as part of the U.S. strategy for addressing the root causes of migration in Central America.

Peter Amaya. Agronomist with extensive experience in marketing and distribution of agricultural technologies related to crop protection and crop dusting with a wide network of customers and contacts in Central America, the Caribbean, South America and Mexico. As former executive of multinational companies directed the production and exports of essential oils, coffee, and cardamom.

West Bank/Gaza

Said Sabri. Currently leads Corpora’s Subsidiary in Palestine. Was Chief of Party of USAID projects in the West Bank. Specialized in agribusiness development having led successful projects like the Jericho Agro-Industrial Park, the identification and implementation of agriculture value chain opportunities including the construction of small green houses in Jordan Valley linked to business incubators.

Bolivia

Victor Rico. Economist specialized on international trade, economic integration, public management, governance and private-public financing. As Deputy Minister of International Economic Relations held the role of Chief Negotiator of the Free Trade Agreements with Mexico and Mercosur. Held senior positions in the OAS, the Andean Community and the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF).

Osvaldo Irusta. Electrical Engineer specialized on regulatory matters and systems interconnections. Was President of the Regional Committee for Energy Integration in Central America and the Caribbean. As Electricity Regulator and as Executive Director for the Technical Implementing Agency for Bolivia’s Electricity Capitalization Reform, acquired deep understanding of electricity sector transformation in Latin America.

Jorge Gottret. Specialized in economic development, investment and trade, business development, cluster and business linkages. With hands-on experience in Foreign Direct Investment having worked establishing investment promotion agencies in Bolivia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Guyana, Rwanda and Uganda. Focused on circular economy, green businesses and regenerative production concepts.
